are refunds available?
no refunds- but if your item arrives damaged, or any problems of that nature, i’ll replace it free!
can i cancel my order?
i do allow cancellations of custom orders if you request to cancel it within 2 HOURS OF ORDERING! this is because i usually begin the process of an order when i see them!
i do not allow cancellations of beaded products, or anything that ships same or next day!
