the closure is a flowery heart fixture! just slip the floral stick through the heart to close the necklace!
the necklace is automatically made to be 17 inches in length- so please reach out or leave a note when ordering if you would like a different length!
the string is very stretchy and durable, so you are able to wear it without fear of it popping! (i've been wearing my personal necklace since i created the first one back in 2021!)

yes! after you order, you can email the photos to me (alanahstrays@gmail.com), dm the photos on instagram (@alanahsaesthetics), or message the photos on etsy! if you have a pinterest link, or any form of a link to the photos, you can send that too!
are refunds available?
no refunds- but if your item arrives damaged, or any problems of that nature, i’ll replace it free!
can i cancel my order?
i do allow cancellations of custom orders if you request to cancel it within 2 HOURS OF ORDERING! this is because i usually begin the process of an order when i see them!
i do not allow cancellations of beaded products, or anything that ships same or next day!
